Permaculture Construction Job

We started Montinhos to make this lifestyle available and affordable. We purchase neglected properties in Central Portugal (Castelo Branco area) and transform them into productive and biodiverse ecosystems for a small community. Our development is based on permaculture and regenerative organic farming.

We are currently looking for an employee who can help us with:

• landscaping and building ponds and trenches
• clearing the land and planting trees and shrubs
• construction work in wood, concrete and brickwork
• garden maintenance

The job can be done part-time for one year or for a specific job in a few weeks. To apply for the job you need experience in the above areas and have a passion for sustainable development and nature preservation.
